As the owner of Covert & Company, An Accountancy Corporation, located in South Orange County, I pride myself on the knowledge of my 40 years of tax and accounting services provided to my wide range of clients, many whom have been with me my entire career. I graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics & Accounting; I have amassed a wealth of experience in individual and business taxation along many other accounting services.
When I’m not working, I like spending time with my family, surfing, swimming, gardening, traveling, and driving my ’73 Volkswagen Thing to “Cars & Coffee.”
About the Firm
Covert & Company consists of three Certified Public Accountants, one staff accountant, one office manager, and one billing administrator. Many on our team have worked together for 25 plus years. Our firm has the subject-matter expertise of a large firm, yet the personalized service and attention to detail of an approachable small firm. We know what we are doing, we know that every client is unique and we treat everyone with the upmost respect.
Our Billing Administrator, Judy Broussard, moved back to the East Coast to be closer to family, but still does our billing.
Our Staff Accountant, Jax Mills, graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Accounting. Jax is in the process of obtaining his CPA license and wants to grow his knowledge and expertise in individual and business taxation.
